Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

To oversee cost and schedule for a data center build, the remote full-time Senior Project Controls Manager will manage project controls services, facilitate funding processes, and support clients in capital planning and project governance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform project controls services including capital planning, schedule control, and risk management
• Support the development of client capital plans and facilitate the funding process
• Review and analyze project schedules to proactively influence project outcomes

Required qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Project Controls or related roles
• Prior data center construction experience
• Proficient in project controls software such as Primavera (P6) and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Preferred certifications include MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, or Six Sigma
