Senior Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Controls Specialist to assist with cost control, budget management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project life cycle activities including setup, invoicing support, and financial projections
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure business plans are implemented and financial objectives are met
• Develop metrics and reports for accurate and timely information delivery to management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with software used in Project Controls, such as Excel and Costpoint
• Experience with Primavera and scheduling software is a plus
• Ability to work virtually and conduct daily project updates with management
