Leading project controls governance processes, the full-time remote Senior Lead Project Controls Specialist will manage intake requests, facilitate requirements gathering, and drive strategic project initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Lead requirements gathering and governance processes for project requests
• Maintain updates in the ticketing system to track progress and report to stakeholders
• Manage projects aligned with organizational strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in project controls, continuous improvement, or telecommunications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project
• Experience in managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
