Job Summary

Leading project controls governance processes, the full-time Senior Lead Project Controls Specialist will manage intake requests and requirements gathering for the project management system while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and governance processes to ensure clarity and completeness of project requests
• Maintain updates in the ticketing system to track progress and report status to stakeholders
• Interface with cross-functional teams to document feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in project controls, continuous improvement, or telecommunications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Experience in leading meetings and driving consensus among stakeholders
