Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cloud training activities across the lifecycle, including learner assignment and completion tracking
• Build and maintain advanced tracking and performance dashboards using Excel and Tableau
• Produce data-driven status updates and executive-ready presentations to support leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Experience with Tableau for dashboard development and visual storytelling
• Experience supporting large-scale training or change efforts within an enterprise program
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and translate data into actionable insights
• Strong project coordination skills, including tracking and stakeholder engagement
