Job Summary

Coordinating administrative and supportive account activities, the full-time Senior Project Coordinator will manage service calls, invoicing, and customer communications while working remotely to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Dispatch service calls and manage service invoicing and inventory control
  • Log service requests and prepare outgoing service correspondence in a timely manner
  • Coordinate service and installation for stationary products, handling order-related issues and customs clearance
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of order entry experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to follow ISO procedures and provide general administrative support
  • Experience in service marketing support and customer service
  • Familiarity with service inventory management and reporting
