Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the New Homes Project Management team, the full-time Senior Project Coordinator will manage key project activities throughout the lifecycle of new homes solar projects, ensuring accurate documentation, quality reviews, and timely updates while working remotely or from the Irvine, CA office as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead documentation oversight by collaborating with internal teams, installation partners, and builders to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Manage construction phase quality reviews by organizing project documentation and communicating discrepancies to stakeholders
• Track and communicate critical project updates to internal stakeholders to support on-time execution and proactive issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4+ years of professional work experience, including 2+ years in solar or new home construction
• Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and online portals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while managing competing deadlines
