Senior Project Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Project Cost Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction cost budgets and develop contracts for various projects
• Enhance cost control processes and compile project unit pricing and labor rates
• Track financial aspects of projects and support client communication and project management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Management with knowledge of CSI trade costs
• Strong working knowledge of architectural & engineering drawings and space planning concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
• Experience in Construction Management or Real Estate preferred
