Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex installations and handle communication of project changes to customers
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in project delivery management
• Minimum five years of experience in field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure deployments and network integration
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
