Senior Project Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Designer to develop design documents and drawings to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort for complex projects and support quality review of design deliverables
• Execute the full design process from initial sketches to construction documentation
• Produce design presentations and participate in internal and consultant meetings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of design experience in the commercial real estate market
• Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in coordinating with specialty consultants, including Audio Visual
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working independently
• Strong leadership skills to guide and delegate work to team members
