Senior Project Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Designer to develop documents, drawings, and diagrams to meet client requirements and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort of complex projects and support quality reviews of design deliverables
• Execute the full design process from initial sketches to construction, including space planning and documentation
• Produce design presentations and participate in internal and consultant meetings

Required Qualifications

• At least four years of design experience within the commercial real estate market
• Preferred Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent certification
• Experience in space planning using Revit
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Skills in coordinating Audio Visual and other specialty consultants
