Senior Project Designer
Job Summary
Leading the interior design efforts for complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Designer will develop design documents and drawings, support project teams, and execute the full design process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the interior design effort and support quality reviews of design deliverables
- Execute the full design process from initial sketches to construction documentation
- Produce mood and material presentations independently while participating in internal and consultant meetings
Required qualifications
- At least four years of design experience within the commercial real estate market
- Preferred Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related discipline or certification in Interior Design
- Experience with space planning using Revit
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Skills in coordinating Audio Visual and specialty consultants
