Senior Project Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Project Development, WECC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project development activities from inception to financial close by coordinating with internal and external subject matter experts
• Develop and maintain relationships with external project stakeholders, including landowners and permitting authorities
• Monitor regulatory and policy changes and incorporate them into project development strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Environmental Science, or similar; MBA is a strong plus
• Minimum of six years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy project development
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple large teams on concurrent projects
• Knowledge of and experience in WECC, including legal, regulatory, and environmental aspects
• Experience with MS Office applications, including Teams, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
