Senior Project Development Manager

Job Summary

Driving sales growth in the North American market, the full-time remote Senior Project Development Manager will develop and execute a Projects Sales Strategy, build a high-performing project sales team, and collaborate with key stakeholders to influence project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing project sales organization to achieve volume growth
• Influence key project stakeholders through in-person and virtual interactions to drive sales growth
• Provide mentorship and direction to Project Pursuit Managers and specialists to enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial sales, marketing, product management, or business development
• 6-8 years of people leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Industry experience in water, infrastructure, construction, or engineering preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategy and drive measurable results
