Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to manage renewable energy projects, particularly in battery storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 4-5 renewable energy projects from RFP award to final construction, overseeing technical scope and design schedule
• Coordinate design reviews with Engineers of Record and ensure design quality across project phases
• Collaborate with procurement, estimating, and construction teams to ensure project alignment and smooth transitions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in solar PV, battery energy storage systems, or hybrid renewable energy systems
• Strong foundation in civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering disciplines
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle complex technical scopes
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural) from an ABET-accredited program preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Asana, Autodesk, and CAD
