Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing project team, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer will design, plan, and deliver complex IT projects remotely, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices while managing project documentation, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and environment assessments for new clients, standardizing environments to best practices
• Design technical solutions and create scopes of work, estimates, and project work plans while identifying risks and dependencies
• Execute projects according to approved plans, tracking progress and ensuring secure, scalable solutions are delivered

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects and infrastructure engineering
• Strong knowledge of M365, Azure AD, networking, and security best practices
• Experience in project documentation and creating clear scopes of work
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
