Senior Project Engineer
Job Summary
Assisting with design, preconstruction, and construction activities, the full-time Senior Project Engineer will manage multiple projects, maintain budgets and schedules, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with daily activities and responsibilities across multiple projects
- Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports while providing monthly project status updates for executive reviews
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to support the master development program and manage entitlement and permitting needs for assigned projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent professional experience
- Five or more years of experience in commercial construction practices, including various project delivery methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel for program updates and budget management
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal customer contracts
