Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the execution of capital projects across multiple manufacturing sites, the full-time Senior Project Engineer will manage the entire project lifecycle from concept development to installation and commissioning, ensuring alignment with operational goals and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with operational goals and long-term business strategy
• Develop project scopes, technical specifications, and execution plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Direct cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
• Proven success managing large capital projects ($300K-$2M+) in multi-site operations
• Strong working knowledge of packaging automation and chemical batching processes
• High proficiency in AutoCAD for layout development and equipment design integration
