Senior Project Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Communications, Data & Industrial business lines, the full-time Senior Project Engineering Manager will develop and implement design engineering and estimating processes, manage estimating resources, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project estimates in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable design engineering and estimating processes to support positive client outcomes
• Manage and mentor estimating resources to ensure accurate and consistent project estimates
• Collaborate with internal resources to maintain current cost structures and develop strategic pricing methodologies

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work/military experience
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Project Management, Estimating, or Electrical Design & Construction Program Management
• At least 3 years in a leadership position
• 2 years' experience in DC Power and infrastructure Engineering in a relevant environment
• Strong background in project estimating and customer relationship management preferred
