Senior Project Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and implement project financing for solar and storage projects
• Develop financial models and pro formas to analyze project feasibility and profitability
• Lead interactions with lenders and investors, preparing due diligence and offering materials for transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, energy/environmental, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Capital Markets, Project Finance, or investment banking
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Finance within the US renewable energy industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software
• Experience in leading complex financing arrangements and managing teams
