Job Summary

Leading government-sponsored clinical research projects, the temporary full-time Senior Project Leader will manage project deliverables, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on assigned protocols
• Develop and oversee project deliverables, ensuring adherence to good clinical practices and federal regulations
• Mentor project staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or PhD preferred
• 12+ years of experience in project management in a research environment with a proven track record of delivering complex clinical trials
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research management principles and operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with sound business judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for scientific and client interactions
