Senior Project Leader

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in enhancing performance and achieving sustainable growth, the part-time Senior Project Leader will manage financial reporting, budget preparation, and revenue forecasting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Play a key role in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, consulting with Practice leadership as necessary
• Create financial reporting that includes variance and trend analysis, along with key performance statistics and revenue backlog reporting
• Track and advise on the financial status of key engagements, highlighting areas of risk or opportunity, and lead the monthly revenue forecast process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
