Job Summary

Leading government-sponsored clinical research projects, the full-time Senior Project Leader will manage client relationships, oversee project deliverables, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on assigned protocols
• Develop and oversee project deliverables, ensuring adherence to good clinical practice and federal regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide study design, risk mitigation strategies, and operational execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred
• 12+ years of project management experience in a research environment with a track record of delivering complex clinical trials
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research management principles and operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with sound business judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for scientific and client interactions
