Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Medicaid provider management team with assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities
• Coordinate and collaborate on work for Medicaid Provider Operations and internal teams
• Lead work assignments and collaborate closely with management on department production and turnaround times

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Provider Data Services systems and end user applications
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong data analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners
