Job Summary

Leading large, complex HR initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Management Consultant will drive successful project delivery and strategic outcomes while collaborating with business leaders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large HR projects, managing scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders to define project vision, success criteria, and decision frameworks
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and facilitating informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of project management experience in complex environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and connect outcomes to broader business goals
• Strong experience in applying and adapting multiple project management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
