Senior Project Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and develops a project management team focused on proactive delivery leadership and financial accountability
• Defines delivery standards and equips Project Managers to lead workstreams and manage client outcomes
• Oversees project budget performance and ensures accurate forecasting and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Health Administration, or a related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of project/program/delivery leadership experience in consulting or healthcare-related environments
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience managing Project Managers
• Demonstrated experience in financial accountability within delivery teams
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
