Senior Project Management Director

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Project Management Director will oversee project management services across multiple geographic markets, ensuring strategic business objectives are met while managing large client accounts and mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all phases of project management for high-profile clients, including procurement, planning, and execution
• Supervise and develop staff through performance evaluations, training, and mentoring
• Manage financial performance and business growth, while identifying and mitigating complex project risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and ability to analyze complex business data
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
