Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and oversight for operational performance, the full-time Senior Project Management Director for Retail Business Operations will manage business processes and execution across a national retail real estate portfolio while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement business operations strategies that align with client objectives and organizational priorities
- Lead operational planning, execution, governance, and performance management initiatives across the retail portfolio
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Demonstrated experience leading business operations, strategic initiatives, or enterprise-level programs
- Strong knowledge of operational governance, business process improvement, and organizational effectiveness
- Proven leadership experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- PMP, LEED AP, CCM, or related certifications preferred
