• Act as the first point of escalation for team members regarding project issues and client concerns
• Develop strong relationships with clients and coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• Minimum 8 years of customer-facing experience managing complex projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and development
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset
