Job Summary

Driving digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Management Manager will oversee the Project Management Office, ensuring effective project delivery and change management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PMO to develop project management standards and improve project success rates
• Implement change management strategies for enterprise projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement
• Manage cross-functional project teams to enhance operational excellence and align internal stakeholders with partner needs

Required qualifications

• 7 years of direct project management experience, with a relevant bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience
• PMP or Agile certification is strongly preferred
• Experience in change management within complex organizations
• Strong technology fluency, including experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale project design and execution
