Senior Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely with anticipated monthly travel to the corporate office, the full-time Senior Project Management Specialist will manage high-profile creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope while optimizing processes and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishes clear communication on project timelines and status, proactively identifying risks and managing stakeholder expectations
• Directs creative projects by defining scope, goals, and success measures while ensuring timely execution and alignment across cross-functional teams
• Monitors project performance using data, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive project success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative environment
• Strong understanding of creative processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• PMP certification is an advantage
