• 7+ years of relevant working experience
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural drawings and space planning concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Expert-level proficiency in schedule and budget management
• Experience in managing complex, high-visibility projects
