Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale healthcare IT projects in a full-time remote role, focusing on software implementations and system integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective strategies for project success

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline
• 7-8 years of experience in project management with demonstrated team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery in a technology or SaaS environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
