Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with the Core Tech engineering team, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project planning, execution, and delivery of foundational technology initiatives for games in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale project management processes to provide visibility into Core Technology initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives
• Own the Core Technology backlog, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and team capacity while facilitating project planning and milestone reviews

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management or program management experience supporting engineering-focused teams
• 3-5+ years of experience in game development or a related software development environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Familiarity with all phases of the game development lifecycle, from pre-production through launch and live operations
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
