Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the day-to-day planning and execution of a mission-focused enterprise modernization effort, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage integrated delivery plans for Salesforce Service Cloud, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project execution while maintaining delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project mobilization, governance, and delivery readiness, confirming scope, objectives, and stakeholder roles
- Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, milestone plans, and workstream schedules while coordinating delivery across various project components
- Facilitate Agile delivery governance, manage project scope and schedule, and monitor performance against milestones and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of project or program management experience with complex enterprise software implementations
- Demonstrated experience in project governance, integrated master schedules, and executive reporting
- Strong experience managing scope, schedule, risks, and formal change control across multiple workstreams
- Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments and coordinating enterprise application delivery
- Ability to manage external dependencies and customer-owned actions affecting project scope and schedule
