Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for remote positions in multiple locations in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain project documentation
• Manage project performance, schedules, and vendor and team compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and client relationship management
• Ability to develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Knowledge of design implementation processes and construction documentation
• Experience in vendor and contractor selection and management
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
