Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage project development in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and manage a larger book of business, ensuring quality and adherence to established processes
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while identifying and mitigating risks
• Facilitate communication across teams and present project capabilities and processes to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, specifically within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and working with multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in project management financial platforms
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
