Key Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of new Commercial Lines Product implementations and strategic projects
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder involvement
• Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and address issues to ensure timely completion of milestones

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of direct experience in commercial lines insurance
• Experience in overseeing multi-state product launches with critical timelines
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma are highly desirable
• Proficiency in project management software and process flow mapping tools is essential
