Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead project management efforts for complex implementations of their CORE products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage project kickoff logistics and develop detailed project plans
• Serve as the primary project manager for high-value implementations, ensuring clear communication and risk management
• Track project progress and maintain documentation while collaborating with internal teams and managing customer communications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of project management experience in strategic or enterprise-level SaaS implementations
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience managing customer-facing projects for high-value strategic accounts
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Wrike, OnRamp)
