Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to the Associate Vice President of Workforce Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects that support workforce development initiatives and align with UA Board of Regents priorities
  • Collaborate with state agencies, industry partners, and educational institutions to enhance education pathways
  • Analyze workforce data to guide program development and decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Four years of progressively responsible office/administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Experience in higher education, particularly in Workforce Development or Student Affairs, is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; web development and graphic design skills are preferred
