Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-departmental operational projects from inception through completion
• Partner with stakeholders to identify operational needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale operational or business transformation projects
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field/experience
