Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing Advanced Support Consultant projects for non-profit and public sector customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans, including setting milestones and deadlines
• Assign tasks to appropriate internal and partner resources
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Project/Program Management experience managing multiple projects
• 5 years of professional experience in technical support, professional services, or customer success
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience managing public sector clients is a plus
• Interest in technology and ability to analyze and visualize data
