Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Executive Project Manager (Building Automation).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Project Managers and Field Engineers
• Manage a portfolio of large projects from $1m-$25m, ensuring client satisfaction from development to completion
• Oversee financial performance of projects, including planning, billing, and revenue forecasting

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience managing large data center control projects of $5m or more
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of experience in the Building Construction Industry
• 5+ years of prior experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation
