Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager to join their Pharmacy Quality team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and initiatives
Monitor program components to ensure overall goals and schedules are met
Develop project plans, negotiate for resources, and ensure compliance with audit requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
Experience with Medicare Part D is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in writing business documents such as Statements of Work and Proposals
