Key Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with safety norms
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring effective communication and project progress reporting
• Perform daily inspections and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and financial assumptions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a similar position
• Strong background in Engineering and Architectural Design concepts
• Experience in commercial projects and design
• Ability to develop construction budgets and schedules
• Proficiency in project management and execution environments
