Key Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the execution of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget management
• Lead the development of operational strategies and provide oversight to strategic partners and vendors
• Manage study budgets, timelines, and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences
• 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization, including 4+ years in clinical study management
• Knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research
• Demonstrated experience in project/program management and matrix leadership
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage cross-functional teams
