Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-touch engagement strategies to enhance donation impact for Emerging customers
• Lead end-to-end project management for Scaled CX product adoption initiatives across multiple teams
• Develop strategic content for customer education aligned with customer lifecycle stages

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital customer success, enablement, or learning and development
• Experience with ClickUp, Salesforce, and Skilljar
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong collaborator with skills in influence and alignment
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple projects
