Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive complex and cross-functional projects across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project schedules and documentation to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and specifications
• Establish and maintain project plans, resources, and risk assessments while facilitating project reviews
• Create and maintain project artifacts and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in program/project management with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in the insurance or related financial services industry is preferred
