Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSO Project Manager to oversee critical strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of Global Commercial Operations initiatives within defined scope, timelines, and budget
• Develop and maintain project plans and reporting frameworks to ensure successful execution and alignment across teams
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide regular updates and risk assessments to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Strong background in portfolio management, including prioritization and resource allocation
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
