Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Professional Services) to lead successful professional services engagements and enterprise customer onboardings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of professional services engagements, managing project scope, deliverables, and customer expectations
• Project manage onboarding processes for enterprise customers and provide regular progress reports
• Drive internal projects such as Product Feature Betas and Case Study Interviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in project management, focusing on enterprise customer onboarding and professional services
• Experience with user acceptance testing and change management
• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Asana
• Experience in enterprise-level software solutions or SaaS is highly desirable
• Proven leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards successful project outcomes
